Responsibilities

• Make loans including payday, debit card loans, and title loans.
• Collect loans and follow all company, state, and federal laws, compliance, policy, and protocol.
• Take care of new and existing clients and help find new customers.
• Make phone calls, including courtesy calls, payment reminders, and collection calls.
• Mail marketing and collection letters.
• Meet and exceed set monthly store goals.

Requirements

• Excellent customer service and phone etiquette.
• High School Diploma or higher.
• Math skills: add, subtract, multiply.
• Basic computer skills.
• Willingness to learn and grow.
• Dependability.
