About the position

As a Store Manager at TitleMax®, you will play a crucial role in managing the overall performance of the store by overseeing account management and recovery processes while ensuring an exceptional customer service experience. Your responsibilities will include building customer relationships, coaching team members, and driving store profitability through effective management and community engagement. You will also receive ongoing training and development to enhance your career growth.

Responsibilities

  • Develop customer relationships to build new business and maintain store profitability.
  • Leverage business-to-business partnership opportunities and participate in community events.
  • Coach and develop Team Members to maximize their potential.
  • Assist in managing overall store performance by meeting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Maintain office security and conduct proper opening and closing procedures.
  • Oversee account management and recovery processes with a focus on customer service.
  • Ensure compliance with Company policies and local laws.
  • Monitor and maintain store appearance and cleanliness.
  • Assist in day-to-day operations in the absence of the General Manager.
  • Utilize personal vehicle for bank deposits and other Company business.
  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum one year of experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • At least two years of experience in customer service, sales, or retail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work with phone, Point of Sale, Microsoft Office, and other systems.
  • Valid driver's license and personal vehicle for work use.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age (19 in Alabama).
  • Background check required.
  • Ability to meet physical demands including standing for long periods and lifting up to 25 pounds.
