About the position
The Vitamin Shoppe is seeking a passionate and results-oriented Store Manager to lead high-performing teams in a retail environment focused on health and wellness. This role is pivotal in promoting a sales culture, developing team members, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences. The Store Manager will be responsible for achieving sales goals, fostering a positive work environment, and maintaining store operations effectively.
Responsibilities
- Execute with excellence and coach team members to achieve their best.
- Attract, recruit, and retain top talent for the store.
- Develop a team of Health Enthusiasts who deliver results.
- Foster an environment of continuous education and support company training initiatives.
- Achieve and exceed daily sales and productivity goals.
- Lead a selling culture focused on customer loyalty and personalized shopping experiences.
- Analyze sales data and develop action plans to drive top line sales.
- Create external community relationships to grow sales.
- Maintain store maintenance and follow loss prevention standards.
Requirements
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of experience/instruction.
- 3-5 years of retail experience.
- Retail management experience preferred.
- Valid driver's license.
- Desire to work a flexible schedule including holidays and weekends.
