About the position

As a Store Manager at Little Caesars Pizza, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of the restaurant by leading a team of colleagues and maintaining high standards of customer service and product quality. This position requires a strong business mindset and the ability to develop people, as you will be responsible for motivating your team and fostering a positive work environment. You will oversee daily operations, ensuring that customers receive correct and complete orders within service time goals, and that all products are prepared consistently and to the highest quality standards as outlined in the Little Caesars Orientation and Training Handbook. In this fast-paced environment, you will be expected to manage a varied work schedule of 50-55 hours per week, including evenings and weekends. Your responsibilities will include recruiting, hiring, training, and evaluating colleagues, as well as maintaining a clean and organized restaurant that complies with local health regulations. You will also be responsible for financial management, including labor scheduling, food ordering, and achieving cost control goals. Your ability to read and analyze profit and loss statements will be essential in managing the restaurant's financial performance. Additionally, you will implement local store marketing events and promotions to drive sales and ensure that the restaurant meets its performance goals. The ideal candidate will possess strong management, team building, and communication skills, and will be dependable and hardworking, capable of working under pressure and in stressful situations. Responsibilities

  • Ensures customers are served correct, complete orders within service time goals according to the Customer Service Standards.
  • Prepares and ensures that all colleagues prepare consistent, high quality products served to customers as described in the Little Caesars Orientation and Training Handbook.
  • Achieves the standards for a clean and organized restaurant and colleague image as defined in the Little Caesars Orientation and Training Handbook.
  • Recruits, hires, trains and evaluates colleagues by following procedures outlined in the company materials and in-store training resources.
  • Develops a productive team by providing direction and supervision of colleagues through communication, delegation, and disciplinary skills.
  • Ensures a work environment that is in compliance with government regulations and is safe, secure, and free of harassment or discrimination.
  • Accurately completes all paperwork associated with daily, weekly, and period end activities as directed by the Area Supervisor or Market Director.
  • Performs labor scheduling, food ordering, and product projections accurately and maintains restaurant equipment.
  • Manages all financial responsibilities with integrity and performs tasks associated with achieving cost control goals.
  • Implements shaker-boarding, local store marketing events, and in-store promotions that result in increased sales.

Requirements

  • Minimum of two (2) years experience in a management role in a quick service restaurant or one (1) year experience in a management position in a full-service restaurant.
  • Minimum age of 21.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent and possess basic math skills.
  • Have a working knowledge of local store marketing techniques and sales building.
  • Possess strong management, team building and communication skills.
  • Possess knowledge of how to read and analyze profit and loss statements.
  • Be dependable, hardworking and have the ability to work a varied, 50-hour workweek under pressure.
  • Possess a valid driver's license from the state of residence with a driving record maintained within company guidelines.
  • Meet Little Caesars Background Verification guidelines.
