The candidate must also be a licensed pharmacy technician as required by state law, or a pharmacy assistant in Washington state, or a licensed Rph, with the latter being required no later than 12 months from the start date of the Store Manager position. The role demands a willingness to work a flexible schedule, including extended days, evenings, and weekends.
