About the position

The Store Manager at Rainbow USA is responsible for creating a friendly and professional environment while maximizing store volume in alignment with company goals. This role involves recruiting and managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining visual presentation, and implementing loss prevention procedures. Responsibilities

• Create and promote a friendly, professional environment with customers, supervisors, and co-workers.
• Maximize store volume in accordance with all store and Company goals, policies, and procedures.
• Recruit, interview, select, and hire store associates.
• Recommend associates for promotion and salary adjustments.
• Recommend underperforming associates for performance improvement, discipline, and/or termination.
• Ensure customer service is maintained throughout the business day.
• Maintain an orderly system for planning, coordination, follow-through, and completion of tasks to achieve store and Company goals.
• Understand priorities and adjust directions/scheduling to meet store needs and business demands.
• Ensure the store maintains excellent visual presentation at all times.
• Implement and follow all loss prevention procedures to minimize store shrinkage.

Requirements

• 3+ years previous store management experience in a women's apparel specialty store is required.
• Excellent ability to train and motivate staff.
• Able to handle multi-tasks effectively.
• Friendly and courteous with a positive attitude.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Able to organize and prioritize work.
• Must be punctual and organized.
• Must have great attention to detail.
• Must be a team player.
