About the position
As the Store Manager at Circle K, you will lead a team focused on delivering superior customer experiences, achieving sales targets, and maintaining operational standards. This role requires strong leadership skills to recruit, train, and develop staff while ensuring a positive work environment. You will be responsible for financial analysis, store image maintenance, and effective communication with your team and management.
Responsibilities
- Recruit, hire, and train positive, enthusiastic employees to ensure excellent customer service.
- Evaluate and develop specific action plans to address site needs and achieve objectives.
- Analyze daily sales and expense information to maximize sales and net profits.
- Maintain the store's image through cash handling, cleaning, stocking, and greeting customers.
- Establish ongoing communication meetings with site employees and the Market Manager.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Valid Driver's License with reliable transportation.
- Open availability to work various shifts, including first, second, or third shift.
- Ability to communicate in English, both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand/walk for extended periods.
