About The Position

The Store Manager at Five Below is responsible for leading a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer experiences while driving sales and operational excellence. The Store Manager will ensure adherence to company standards and foster an inclusive environment that values diversity.

Requirements

• High School Graduate or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of management experience preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multi-task
• Creative thinking
• Ability to maintain composure under pressure

Responsibilities

• Build a Culture of Working Back from the Customer
• Lead a growth-oriented sales culture to achieve store business performance results
• Ensure exceptional customer experiences through the application of the Five Below service model
• Anticipate the needs of the customer and create an amazing store environment
• Lead execution and maintenance of all company merchandising and operational standards
• Hire and engage talented employees for the right store roles
• Foster a culture that values and appreciates inclusion and diversity
• Inspire accountability through training, coaching, and feedback
• Partner with District Manager and Human Resources for employee coaching and performance documentation
• Maintain a safe environment for customers and crew
• Execute a talent plan to attract and retain quality candidates
• Foster career growth through individual development planning
• Analyze business results and pursue ways to drive performance
• Develop and manage payroll budgets and crew schedules
• Ensure compliance with financial management controls and company policies
• Oversee successful receiving and stocking procedures
• Ensure compliance with company data integrity processes
• Perform store maintenance and ensure compliance with SOPs
• Review corporate communications and prioritize plans accordingly
• Achieve results without compromising quality or integrity
