About the position
The Store Manager at CrossAmerica Partners is responsible for overseeing daily operations of convenience stores, maximizing profitability, ensuring safety for customers and employees, and fostering a customer-focused culture. This role involves managing a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and driving sales through effective merchandising and inventory control.
Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain hands-on and direct oversight of daily operations.
- Complete daily paperwork, cash/banking transactions, and place orders.
- Drive sales through effective merchandising of company products.
- Understand and practice strong inventory control methods.
- Create exceptional customer experiences.
- Perform P&L analysis.
Requirements
- Minimum 2-3 years of management experience in the retail, restaurant, grocery or other service industry with responsibility for financial results.
- Previous management proficiency in high volume retail with P&L accountability.
- Ability to create and maintain a customer focused culture.
