Store Manager

About the position

As a Store Manager for a 7-Eleven Franchisee, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining an exceptional store experience for guests. This role involves overseeing all aspects of the store's operations, including staff management, vendor relations, and sales maximization, while ensuring a clean and well-stocked environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure sufficient staffing levels to meet the needs of your franchisee's guests
• Recruit, train and develop staff
• Develop strong vendor relations
• Maintain a clean, properly stocked and merchandised store
• Promote 7-Eleven to your guests and community
• Maximize sales and profits
• Identify and resolve sales obstacles
• Manage and maintain proper inventory levels and controls

Requirements

• Retail/Food Service experience is a plus
• Highly motivated with a desire to work in a fast-paced environment
