About the position

As a Store Manager at Windsor Fashions, you will be responsible for driving the company's mission by managing daily operations, visual standards, and overall store performance. Your role is crucial in achieving sales targets, managing expenses, and leading a high-performing team. You will ensure a positive customer experience while fostering a culture of respect and continuous improvement within your team.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of daily store operations and visual standards.
• Drive store productivity in terms of sales, shrink, payroll, and expenses.
• Hire, lead, and develop a high-performing team of Co-Managers, Assistant Managers, and Stylists.
• Analyze KPI reporting to translate numbers into actionable behaviors.
• Build brand loyalty by ensuring an omni-channel experience for customers.
• Organize and plan store operations in detail to maximize efficiency.
• Train and develop team members to ensure a strong succession plan.
• Follow all Loss Prevention and Safety procedures and hold the team accountable.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization in compliance with visual guidelines.
• Promote company values and foster a culture of respect and ownership.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail management experience.
• Proven leadership experience with the ability to develop and motivate a team of up to 25 employees.
• Strong problem-solving skills to resolve issues with customers and associates.
• Effective communication skills in both group settings and one-on-one interactions.
• Willingness to accept feedback and continuously improve.
• Flexible and reliable schedule.
