About the position

As a Store Manager at Windsor Fashions, you will be responsible for driving the store's mission and managing daily operations. This includes overseeing visual standards, making impactful decisions on store performance, and leading a high-performing team. Your role is crucial in achieving productivity goals related to sales, shrink, payroll, and expenses while fostering a positive and empowering environment for both customers and employees.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of daily store operations and visual standards.
• Drive store performance and profitability through effective decision-making.
• Achieve store productivity goals in terms of sales, shrink, payroll, and expenses.
• Hire, lead, and develop a high-performing team of Co-Managers, Assistant Managers, and Stylists.
• Build brand loyalty by ensuring an exceptional omni-channel customer experience.
• Analyze KPI reporting and translate data into actionable behaviors.
• Organize and plan store operations meticulously to maximize efficiency.
• Train and develop team members to ensure a strong succession plan.
• Follow Loss Prevention and Safety procedures to build trust and accountability within the team.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization in compliance with visual guidelines.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail management experience.
• Proven leadership experience with the ability to develop and motivate a team of up to 25 employees.
• Strong problem-solving skills to resolve issues with customers and associates.
• Effective communication skills in both group settings and one-on-one interactions.
• Willingness to accept feedback and continuously improve.
• Flexible and reliable schedule.
