About the position

As a Store Manager at Sally Beauty, you will lead a dynamic team in the largest hair and beauty supplier in the world, focusing on empowering customers through exceptional service and product knowledge. Your leadership will drive sales, manage store operations, and ensure a positive customer experience while fostering a fun and creative work environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage talent and inspire your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Oversee all store operations to meet or exceed sales goals, including budget management and expense control.
• Ensure compliance with safety and security rules and company policies to protect customers, associates, and store assets.
• Maintain the store's appearance to ensure it always looks its best.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of customer service/retail sales experience.
• 1 year of previous sales management experience.
• Experience in operational, financial, and performance management.
• Cosmetology license is a plus but not required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Passion for all things hair and beauty!
