About the position

As the Store Manager at Pearle Vision in Buffalo Grove, you will play a crucial role in driving profitable sales growth while ensuring an outstanding patient experience. Your primary responsibility will be to lead a team in a positive and productive environment, modeling exemplary patient care. You will be tasked with developing and maintaining high levels of associate and doctor satisfaction and retention, which are essential for the success of the store. In this role, you will manage various operational aspects, including payroll costs and gross margin, ensuring they align with company standards. You will also be responsible for training and developing associates to consistently deliver a patient-focused experience. Building strong professional relationships with doctors and ensuring adequate coverage and quality of doctor hours will be key components of your responsibilities. You will implement initiatives aimed at increasing the number of exams and converting those exams into sales, actively participating in business planning and updates. Your accountability will extend to the recruitment, training, development, and retention of high-performing associates. This includes selecting the right candidates who demonstrate the desired patient care behaviors, ensuring effective onboarding, and maintaining employee satisfaction through open communication. You will also oversee the merchandising and presentation of the store, ensuring compliance with company standards and maintaining a clean and professional environment. Your role will involve maximizing Managed Vision Care relationships and sales opportunities, executing marketing programs, and ensuring operational procedures are followed to maintain safety and cleanliness in the store.

Responsibilities
