Effective communication is essential, and the Store Manager will establish regular communication meetings with employees and the Market Manager to ensure everyone is informed and aligned with store objectives. Financial responsibilities include analyzing daily sales and expenses, budgeting, forecasting P&L lines, and safeguarding all money received and disbursed. The Store Manager will work primarily indoors but will also be required to perform outdoor tasks such as cleaning parking lots and gas pumps, and may be exposed to varying temperatures and noise levels.
