About the position

As a Store Manager (SM), you will play a crucial role in managing the overall performance of the store by overseeing account management and recovery processes while ensuring an exceptional customer service experience. Your responsibilities will include building customer relationships, coaching team members, and driving store profitability through various initiatives. You will also be involved in training and development programs to enhance your career growth.

Responsibilities

  • Develop customer relationships to build new business and maintain store profitability.
  • Grow the store by leveraging business-to-business partnerships and hosting community events.
  • Coach and develop Team Members to maximize their potential.
  • Manage overall store performance by meeting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and training Team Members on performance reports.
  • Maintain office security and conduct proper opening and closing procedures.
  • Oversee account management and recovery processes with a focus on customer service.
  • Ensure compliance with Company policies and local, state, and federal laws.
  • Assist in day-to-day operations in the absence of the General Manager.
  • Utilize personal vehicle for bank deposits and other Company business.
  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of key holder, supervisory, and management experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work with phone, Point of Sale, Microsoft Office, and other systems.
  • Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and personal vehicle for work use.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age (19 in Alabama).
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check.

Nice-to-haves

  • Associate degree or higher.
  • Leadership experience in a sales or customer service-oriented position.
  • Experience in retail, sales, or financial industry.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
