- Learn and stay updated on Victra/Verizon products and promotions.
- Inspire customers to make purchases and assist in preparing sales contracts.
- Process payments and handle customer queries or concerns.
- Advise customers on product utilization and care.
- Maintain sales records for inventory control and assist in merchandise display.
- Handle returns courteously and professionally.
- Adhere to loss prevention and inventory control standards.
Requirements
- High School diploma required; AA preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in a retail sales environment preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to read various reports.
