The role involves unloading, processing, and stocking freight to the correct locations while adhering to merchandising guidelines. The SOS is responsible for timely and thorough incident reporting compliance, as well as performing store recovery tasks and housekeeping duties as needed during stocking efforts. Training team members on store freight processing and merchandising responsibilities is also a key aspect of this position. Safety is paramount, and the SOS must operate all equipment safely and ensure a secure working and shopping environment while minimizing shrink and damages.
