The Store Operations Specialist (SOS) plays a crucial role in the logistics and operations of the store, focusing on leading and training teams to perform all freight functions effectively. The SOS must also ensure compliance with incident reporting procedures and perform store recovery tasks as needed. This includes maintaining a clean and organized store environment, both inside and outside, during stocking efforts.
