About the position

As a Store Production Team Member at Savers/Value Village, you will play a crucial role in creating an exceptional experience for our customers, donors, and fellow team members. Our mission is to champion reuse and inspire a future where secondhand is second nature, and you will be at the forefront of this initiative. You will be responsible for handling gently-used, one-of-a-kind items that have been donated by the community to local nonprofit organizations. By purchasing these items directly from our nonprofit partners, we redirect billions of pounds of used items away from landfills and onto our store racks and shelves for reuse, while also providing our partners with valuable funding for their community-based programs and services. In this position, you will have the opportunity to celebrate uniqueness and work in a purpose-driven company that values the impact we have on both the planet and local communities. We are committed to investing in the career path interests of our team members, especially with our aggressive store expansion plans. This role is available for both full-time and part-time positions, allowing you to choose the schedule that best fits your lifestyle. You will receive comprehensive onboarding and training from day one, ensuring you are well-prepared to contribute to our mission and provide excellent service to our customers. Our training department, Savers University, develops and delivers robust training to every team member across our organization, from new hires to senior executives. We pride ourselves on developing around 90% of our training internally and partnering with renowned providers to supplement our offerings. This commitment to training and development ensures that you will have the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed in your role and advance your career within the company.
