The Location Director at LaserAway is a sales-focused business leader responsible for overseeing clinic operations, driving revenue growth, and ensuring an exceptional patient experience. This role involves leading a team of Patient Care Coordinators, optimizing patient schedules, managing staffing and operations, and enhancing the overall brand excellence of the clinic. The position offers competitive pay with a base salary and uncapped commission, along with opportunities for professional growth and career advancement.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Sales & Drive Revenue by coaching and supporting the team of Patient Care Coordinators to meet and exceed their individual goals.
  • Optimize Patient Schedules to keep treatment volumes high and support same-day sales conversions.
  • Boost Return Revenue by leveraging CRM data to cross-sell, up-sell, and spearhead 'win-back' initiatives.
  • Ensure Brand Excellence by upholding LaserAway's brand standards and ensuring the clinic is immaculate.
  • Enhance Patient Experience by monitoring and improving Net Promoter Scores (NPS) and responding to social media reviews.
  • Manage Staffing & Operations by coordinating staffing needs with regional teams to match patient demand.
  • Oversee Inventory & Equipment by managing inventory, handling product orders, and ensuring equipment is in top condition.
  • Mentor & Develop Talent by providing feedback and coaching to in-clinic staff and collaborating with HR on employee relations.
  • Engage the Community by building relationships with local businesses.

Requirements

  • Proven leadership experience in sales and business operations with a track record of hitting metrics and goals.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • A positive, solutions-oriented attitude with the drive to lead and inspire a team.
  • Full availability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
