As a full-time Verizon Retail Sales Associate, you will be part of a dynamic team focused on driving sales and providing exceptional customer service. This role involves engaging with customers to understand their needs, recommending technology solutions, and closing sales. You will also have opportunities for personal and professional growth through ongoing training and community engagement.
Responsibilities
- Generate retail sales by utilizing passion for technology and exceptional customer service.
- Learn and uncover customers' needs by creating connections and asking the right questions.
- Position product insights and solution recommendations to provide customers with a complete sales solution.
- Close sales by using effective communication skills to fulfill customer needs with tech solutions.
- Continuously develop through ongoing training and up-skill in operational functions across merchandising and inventory.
- Grow customer base by placing outbound calls and sending text messages to current Verizon customers.
- Engage with the community outside of the store to expand the customer base.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- One or more years of work experience.
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience working in a commission-based environment.
- Demonstrated sales experience communicating with customers to find solutions.
- Customer service experience.
