About the position

The Store Schematics Coordinator at Sprouts Farmers Market is responsible for maintaining the integrity of the Non-Perishable Schematic in their assigned store. This role involves conducting weekly resets and ensuring compliance with company schematic guidelines, while supporting merchandising integrity and enhancing the customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary schematics contact at the store, notifying management of reset changes.
  • Schedule, coordinate, and execute store resets and projects for Non-Perishable Departments (Dairy, Frozen, Grocery, HBA, Vitamins).
  • Support an active selling culture and positive customer experience by ensuring categories are set according to schematics.
  • Collaborate with Scan Coordinators, Department Managers, and Assistant Store Manager to maintain schematic compliance and proper placement of new items.
  • Complete weekly Reset/STS activities as directed by the Support Office.
  • Ensure schematics are executed in accordance with internal policies and procedures.
  • Obtain sign-off from management to confirm work is complete and accurate.
  • Provide timely feedback to the Support Office Schematic Department regarding any issues or discrepancies.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1-3 months of related experience and/or training, or an acceptable combination of education and experience.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills to analyze the total reset program and maintain necessary reports and schedules.
  • Excellent mathematical skills and a working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Outgoing, friendly behavior with a positive attitude and ability to interact with customers, employees, and vendors.
  • Ability to work varied hours/days as business dictates.
  • Ability to read schematics and price tags, and properly hang price tags and signs.
  • Good vision to read and set schematics, and ability to use a step ladder.
  • Ability to transfer boxes weighing up to 17 lbs. and walk up to 4 miles per 8 hours.
  • Ability to conduct repetitive crouching/kneeling/squatting for up to 50 hours.
