About the position

Responsibilities

• Acts as Manager on Duty (MOD) for successful store operation.
• Executes merchandising plans and maintains in-stock conditions.
• Drives customer engagement and resolves issues promptly.
• Oversees work assignments to maximize profits and ensure compliance with labor laws.
• Manages departmental procedures for receiving and replenishing merchandise.
• Ensures safety compliance and operational efficiency among associates.
• Performs daily store walks to identify successes and opportunities.
• Supports company programs to achieve desired business results.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• An associate degree or two years' experience preferred.
