Responsibilities

• Fill cooler and display shelves at retail accounts.
• Rotate products and restock from backroom inventories.
• Visit assigned customer locations regularly to provide service.
• Organize and refill back stock, coolers, and displays.
• Count, fill, and condense back stock and retailer shelf inventory.
• Maintain product freshness standards by monitoring and rotating stock.
• Ensure maximum visibility of products and appropriate pricing.
• Maintain designated back stock area at customer locations.
• Monitor inventory to ensure proper stock levels and rotation.
• Execute basic marketing activities related to sales channels.
• Check with supervisor daily for special orders or needs.
• Complete work orders and merchandise as needed.
• Protect shelf space and update pricing tags as necessary.
• Project a friendly and professional image at all times.
• Prioritize multiple competing priorities and attend meetings as required.
• Maintain and clean assigned company vehicle and operate equipment safely.

Requirements

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Highly motivated and results-oriented with attention to detail.
• Organized with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.
• Must be able to read and write English.
• Must be 18 years or older to apply.
• Valid Texas driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical activities such as stooping, kneeling, and crouching.
