About The Position

The Store Supervisor at LEGO® Brand Retail in Greenville, SC, is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and training to enhance the team's performance. Requirements

• Leadership and/or management experience in a specialty retail store environment.
• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
• Experience in employee training.
• Cash handling and inventory/sales auditing skills.
• Familiarity with point of sale automated systems.
• Experience in merchandise maintenance and visual merchandising.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a family-oriented retail environment.
• Knowledge of LEGO products and brand values.

Responsibilities

• Maximize profitable sales by reviewing sales and margin information regularly.
• Assist in ensuring effective space management techniques are utilized.
• Maintain the store graphics system with a focus on customer service and sales.
• Ensure all fixtures are fully replenished at all times.
• Evaluate and communicate on competitors' visual merchandising techniques.
• Train Sales Associates on visual merchandising techniques according to LEGO guidelines.
• Motivate and develop a high-performance team by sharing the LEGO Brand, Vision, and Values.
• Supervise Sales Associates during shifts and address potential issues appropriately.
• Complete orders for store and office supplies in line with guidelines and budgets.
• Ensure money handling procedures are followed by all Sales Associates.
• Maintain an organized stockroom and ensure all products are merchandised on the shop floor.
