About The Position

The Store Support Teammate plays a crucial role in delivering an enjoyable shopping experience for guests at Buckle. This entry-level position involves various sales support tasks as assigned by the Store Manager, focusing on customer service, transaction processing, and maintaining store organization.

Requirements

  • No prior experience or training required.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests with a friendly attitude and answer questions about the store and merchandise.
  • Complete guest transactions using Point of Sale (POS) software and bag purchases.
  • Maintain knowledge of current sales, promotions, and store policies regarding payments and exchanges.
  • Monitor for security risks and theft, and know how to handle these situations.
  • Assist in merchandising tasks, including preparing displays and organizing fixtures and shelving.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment to fulfill Buckle's mission statement.
  • Understand and apply Buckle's Code of Ethics and policies.
  • Perform special projects and other duties as assigned.
