About the position

The Store Support Associate position is focused on non-sales functions that enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Associates are responsible for tasks such as customer order fulfillment, administrative services, and assisting customers in the store. This role requires effective communication with customers and vendors, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while supporting store objectives.

Responsibilities

• Ensure outstanding customer order fulfillment experience.
• Assist customers in the lot and provide administrative services.
• Direct customers to store departments or merchandise.
• Answer customer questions regarding product order status.
• Handle cash management and program compliance.
• Work cooperatively with other associates, vendors, and carriers.
