About the position

The Store Support Associate position is focused on non-sales functions that enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Associates are responsible for tasks such as customer order fulfillment, administrative services, and assisting customers in-store. This role requires effective communication with customers and vendors, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while supporting store objectives.

Responsibilities

• Ensure outstanding customer order fulfillment experience.
• Assist customers in the lot and provide administrative services.
• Direct customers to store departments or merchandise.
• Answer customer questions regarding product order status.
• Handle cash management and program compliance.
• Work cooperatively with other associates, vendors, and carriers.
