As a Store Team Member at Pet Supplies Plus, you will be an integral part of our team, providing exceptional service to our customers and their pets. This role is perfect for pet lovers who are passionate about animals and enjoy engaging with people. Your responsibilities will include assisting customers in selecting the right products for their pets, educating them about animal care, and ensuring that our store is well-stocked and organized. You will have the opportunity to work in various capacities, including cashier, stocker, and animal care, allowing you to develop a diverse skill set while doing what you love. In the cashier role, you will process transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring that customers have a pleasant shopping experience. As a stocker, you will be responsible for unloading deliveries, stocking shelves, and helping customers carry their purchases to their vehicles. In the animal care capacity, you will provide care for the pets in our store, which includes cleaning their habitats, feeding them, and answering customer inquiries about pet ownership. This position requires physical stamina, as you will be lifting heavy items (40-65 lbs) and standing for extended periods. We are looking for team members with open availability, including at least one weekend day. Our team members are encouraged to support each other and act as back-up when extra help is needed.
