The Storefront Associate position is focused on delivering exceptional customer service in a retail environment. The role involves direct interaction with customers, handling transactions, and supporting sales initiatives through upselling and cross-selling. Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service in person and over the phone.
- Analyze customer issues and provide effective solutions or escalate as necessary.
- Assist with cash handling transactions and ensure accuracy in processing payments.
- Maintain knowledge of products and services to effectively communicate features and benefits to customers.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Support sales initiatives by identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products.
- Keep the environment clean and presentable.
- Help with back-of-house duties and some prep work.
- Be engaging, fun, and friendly with customers.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to analyze situations effectively and communicate solutions clearly to clients.
