About the position

The Storeroom/Delivery position at Morrison Healthcare involves managing the inventory and storage of food and supplies within the food service department. Responsibilities

• Receive, store, and inventory all departmental supplies and food items.
• Maintain sanitation in storage areas according to health and safety standards.
• Document storage temperatures of perishable food items and maintain records.
• Date, label, and rotate stock to ensure the oldest products are used first.
• Order food and supplies based on established product specifications.
• Secure storage areas to prevent theft and ensure safety of supplies and equipment.
• Transport food and supplies safely to designated areas.
• Follow HACCP guidelines for food safety during receiving and distribution.
• Report maintenance needs for equipment used in the storeroom.
• Complete daily, weekly, or monthly reports as required.

Requirements

• Food prep experience required.
• Valid driver's license and good driving record may be required for transporting supplies.
