About the position
The Stormwater Laborer/Technician position at Stormwater Logistics, LLC involves working in stormwater regulatory compliance, pollution and erosion control, and restoration. The role requires hands-on work in various weather conditions, operating heavy equipment, and contributing to team productivity while maintaining high standards of work quality. Technicians will report to the Crew Foreman and/or Superintendent and are expected to assist in all areas of stormwater management and restoration activities.
Responsibilities
- Installing and maintaining pollution control measures per the SWMP/SWPPP
- Assisting crew/company in stormwater regulatory compliance management
- Performing restoration activities such as soil preparation, seeding, and mulching
- Operating and maintaining various sizes of farm and construction equipment
- Contributing to team productivity and ensuring high-quality work
- Maintaining personal and team health and safety
- Learning company systems and standard processes quickly
Requirements
- Valid Driver's License
- Reliable transportation to/from crew meeting places
- 1 year of verifiable erosion control experience
- Ability to work in all weather conditions
- Ability to perform physical work regularly
- Punctual, professional, honest, and reliable
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
