About the position

The Senior Service Delivery Consultant at Stratascale plays a crucial role in delivering cybersecurity consulting services. This position involves managing complex projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget while meeting client satisfaction. The consultant will lead cross-functional teams, develop project plans, manage risks, and oversee communications, all while contributing to process improvements and mentoring other project managers.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple high-complexity projects with visibility.
• Plan and execute projects according to Stratascale best practices, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery.
• Develop and execute a detailed project plan covering all phases of project delivery.
• Manage project scope and create change requests as needed.
• Lead cross-functional teams and creatively solve problems.
• Communicate project status and risks to stakeholders, including executive leadership.
• Contribute to process improvement activities and mentor others.
• Assist in pre-sales efforts and provide guidance for Statement of Work preparation.
• Analyze project metrics and coach other project managers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of direct client-facing project management experience.
• Working knowledge of cybersecurity projects, particularly in Identity Management and Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC).
• Ability to develop and implement project management processes.
• Understanding of contracts and Statements of Work.
• Familiarity with systems like MS Project Plan, CRM, and Professional Services Automation systems.
• Strong people management and communication skills.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
• Previous experience in IT service delivery and operations.

Nice-to-haves

• Skilled in Microsoft Project Planning and MS Suite tools.
• Understanding of procurement vehicles (AX/SHI.com/CRM).
