About the position

The Senior Service Delivery Consultant at Stratascale is a pivotal role within the advisory and consulting services organization, focusing on the delivery of cybersecurity offerings. This position is responsible for ensuring the seamless execution of technical consulting services, managing project budgets, developing comprehensive project plans, leading cross-functional teams, and overseeing project communications. The consultant will also play a key role in change management strategies to facilitate the successful adoption of new technologies and processes by clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects with high complexity and visibility.
• Plan and execute projects according to Stratascale best practices, ensuring completion on time and within budget.
• Develop and execute a detailed project plan that includes all phases of project delivery.
• Manage project scope, including the creation and execution of change requests as needed.
• Lead cross-functional teams and creatively problem-solve project dynamics.
• Communicate project status and risks to appropriate stakeholders, including executive leadership.
• Contribute to process improvement activities and mentor others.
• Assist in pre-sales efforts to evaluate requirements and support Statement of Work preparation.
• Analyze reported project metrics and coach other project managers.

Requirements

• 4 year completed Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years direct client-facing project management experience.
• Working knowledge of cybersecurity projects, specifically in Identity Management and Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC).
• Ability to develop and implement PM processes in support of the project.
• Ability to read contracts/Statements of Work and understand company commitments to clients.
• Understanding of various systems for day-to-day responsibilities (e.g., MS Project Plan, CRM, Professional Services Automation systems).
• Strong people management and communication skills (written, verbal, presentation).
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
• Previous experience in IT service delivery and operations.

Nice-to-haves

• Skilled in Microsoft Project Planning and MS Suite tools.
• Understanding of the complexities of procurement vehicles (AX/SHI.com/CRM).
