About the position

Stratascale is seeking a Senior Service Delivery Consultant to lead the delivery of cybersecurity consulting services. This role involves managing project budgets, developing comprehensive project plans, leading cross-functional teams, and ensuring effective communication throughout the project lifecycle. The consultant will also play a crucial role in change management strategies to facilitate the adoption of new technologies and processes by clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple high-complexity projects with visibility.
• Plan and execute projects according to Stratascale best practices, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery.
• Develop and execute detailed project plans covering all phases of delivery.
• Manage project scope and execute change requests as necessary.
• Lead cross-functional teams and creatively solve problems.
• Communicate project status and risks to stakeholders, including executive leadership.
• Contribute to process improvement activities and mentor team members.
• Assist in pre-sales efforts and provide guidance for Statement of Work preparation.
• Analyze project metrics and coach other project managers.

Requirements

• 4-year completed Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of direct client-facing project management experience.
• Working knowledge of cybersecurity projects, particularly in Identity Management and Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC).
• Ability to develop and implement project management processes.
• Understanding of contracts and Statements of Work related to service delivery.
• Familiarity with systems like MS Project Plan, CRM, and Professional Services Automation systems.
• Strong people management and communication skills.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
• Previous experience in IT service delivery and operations.

Nice-to-haves

• Skilled in Microsoft Project Planning and MS Suite tools.
• Understanding of procurement complexities (AX/SHI.com/CRM).
