About the position

The Senior Service Delivery Consultant at Stratascale plays a crucial role in delivering cybersecurity consulting services. This position involves managing complex projects, ensuring they are executed on time and within budget while meeting client satisfaction. The consultant will lead cross-functional teams, develop project plans, manage risks, and facilitate effective communication throughout the project lifecycle. Additionally, the role includes contributing to change management strategies to support the adoption of new technologies and processes by clients.

Responsibilities

  • Manages multiple projects with high complexity and visibility.
  • Accountable for planning and execution of projects according to Stratascale best practices, ensuring completion on time and within budget.
  • Develops and executes a detailed project plan that includes all phases of project delivery.
  • Actively manages project scope, including the creation and execution of change requests as needed.
  • Assembles and leads the project team, which may include internal/external resources and partners.
  • Effectively communicates project status, risks, and other relevant information to appropriate individuals, including executive leadership.
  • Contributes to process improvement activities and mentors others.
  • Assists in pre-sales efforts to evaluate requirements and provide guidance for Statement of Work preparation.
  • Understands and analyzes reported project metrics.
  • Coaches and mentors other project managers.

Requirements

  • 4 year completed Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 7+ years direct client-facing project management experience.
  • Working knowledge of cybersecurity projects, specifically focusing on Identity Management and Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC).
  • Ability to develop and implement PM processes in support of the project.
  • Ability to read contracts/Statements of Work and understand the company's commitments to the client.
  • Understanding of various systems to perform day-to-day responsibilities (e.g., MS Project Plan, CRM, Professional Services Automation systems).
  • Strong people management skills.
  • Strong communication skills (written, verbal, presentation).
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
  • Previous experience in IT service delivery and operations.

Nice-to-haves

  • Skilled in Microsoft Project Planning and MS Suite tools.
  • Understanding of the complexities of procurement vehicles (AX/SHI.com/CRM).
