About the position

The Senior Service Delivery Consultant at Stratascale plays a crucial role in delivering cybersecurity consulting services to clients. This position involves managing complex projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget while meeting client satisfaction. The consultant will lead cross-functional teams, develop project plans, manage risks, and facilitate communication throughout the project lifecycle. Additionally, the role requires familiarity with change management strategies to support the adoption of new technologies and processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects with high complexity and visibility.
• Plan and execute projects according to Stratascale best practices, ensuring timely completion within budget.
• Develop and execute a detailed project plan that includes all phases of project delivery.
• Manage project scope, including the creation and execution of change requests as needed.
• Lead cross-functional teams and creatively problem-solve project dynamics.
• Communicate project status and risks to appropriate stakeholders, including executive leadership.
• Contribute to process improvement activities and mentor other team members.
• Assist in pre-sales efforts by evaluating requirements and supporting Statement of Work preparation.
• Analyze reported project metrics and coach other project managers.

Requirements

• 4 year completed Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years direct client-facing project management experience.
• Working knowledge of cybersecurity projects, specifically in Identity Management and Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC).
• Ability to develop and implement project management processes.
• Understanding of contracts and Statements of Work related to service delivery.
• Familiarity with systems like MS Project Plan, CRM, and Professional Services Automation systems.
• Strong people management and communication skills (written, verbal, presentation).
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
• Previous experience in IT service delivery and operations.

Nice-to-haves

• Skilled in Microsoft Project Planning and MS Suite tools.
• Understanding of procurement vehicles (AX/SHI.com/CRM).
