About the position

The Senior Service Delivery Consultant at Stratascale is a pivotal role within the advisory and consulting services organization, focusing on the delivery of cybersecurity offerings. This position is responsible for ensuring the seamless execution of technical consulting services, managing project budgets, developing comprehensive project plans, leading cross-functional teams, and overseeing project communications. The consultant will also play a key role in change management strategies to facilitate the successful adoption of new technologies and processes by clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple high-complexity projects with significant visibility.
• Plan and execute projects according to Stratascale best practices, ensuring timely completion within budget and client satisfaction.
• Develop and execute detailed project plans encompassing all phases of project delivery.
• Manage project scope actively, including creating and executing change requests as necessary.
• Lead and assemble project teams, including internal and external resources and partners.
• Communicate project status, risks, and updates effectively to stakeholders, including executive leadership.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives and mentor team members.
• Assist in pre-sales efforts by evaluating requirements and supporting Statement of Work preparation.
• Analyze and understand reported project metrics.
• Coach and mentor other project managers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of direct client-facing project management experience.
• Working knowledge of cybersecurity projects, particularly in Identity Management and Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC).
• Ability to develop and implement project management processes.
• Understanding of contracts and Statements of Work, including company commitments to clients.
• Familiarity with systems like MS Project Plan, CRM, and Professional Services Automation systems.
• Strong people management skills.
• Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, presentation).
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
• Previous experience in IT service delivery and operations.

Nice-to-haves

• Skilled in Microsoft Project Planning and MS Suite tools.
• Understanding of procurement vehicle complexities (AX/SHI.com/CRM).
