About the position

Stratascale is seeking a Senior Service Delivery Consultant to lead the delivery of cybersecurity consulting services. This role involves managing project budgets, developing comprehensive project plans, leading cross-functional teams, and ensuring effective communication throughout the project lifecycle. The consultant will also assist in change management strategies to facilitate the adoption of new technologies and processes by clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple high-complexity projects with visibility.
• Plan and execute projects according to Stratascale best practices, ensuring timely completion within budget.
• Develop and execute detailed project plans covering all phases of delivery.
• Manage project scope and execute change requests as needed.
• Lead cross-functional teams and creatively solve problems.
• Communicate project status and risks to stakeholders, including executive leadership.
• Contribute to process improvement activities and mentor team members.
• Assist in pre-sales efforts and provide guidance for Statement of Work preparation.
• Analyze project metrics and coach other project managers.

Requirements

• 4 year completed Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of direct client-facing project management experience.
• Working knowledge of cybersecurity projects, particularly in Identity Management and Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC).
• Ability to develop and implement project management processes.
• Understanding of contracts and Statements of Work related to service delivery.
• Familiarity with systems like MS Project Plan, CRM, and Professional Services Automation systems.
• Strong people management and communication skills.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
• Previous experience in IT service delivery and operations.

Nice-to-haves

• Skilled in Microsoft Project Planning and MS Suite tools.
• Understanding of procurement vehicles (AX/SHI.com/CRM).
