About the position

The Senior Service Delivery Consultant at Stratascale plays a crucial role in delivering cybersecurity consulting services. This position involves managing complex projects, ensuring they are executed on time and within budget while meeting client satisfaction. The consultant will lead cross-functional teams, develop project plans, manage risks, and facilitate effective communication throughout the project lifecycle. Additionally, the role requires familiarity with change management strategies to support the adoption of new technologies and processes by clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects with high complexity and visibility.
• Plan and execute projects according to Stratascale best practices, ensuring timely completion within budget.
• Develop and execute a detailed project plan that includes all phases of project delivery.
• Manage project scope, including the creation and execution of change requests as needed.
• Lead cross-functional teams and creatively problem-solve project dynamics.
• Communicate project status and risks to appropriate stakeholders, including executive leadership.
• Contribute to process improvement activities and mentor other project managers.
• Assist in pre-sales efforts to evaluate requirements and support Statement of Work preparation.
• Analyze reported project metrics.

Requirements

• 4 year completed Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years direct client-facing project management experience.
• Working knowledge of cybersecurity projects, specifically focusing on Identity Management and Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC).
• Ability to develop and implement PM processes in support of the project.
• Ability to read contracts/Statements of Work and understand company commitments to clients.
• Understanding of various systems for day-to-day responsibilities (e.g., MS Project Plan, CRM, Professional Services Automation systems).
• Strong people management skills.
• Strong communication skills (written, verbal, presentation).
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
• Previous experience in IT service delivery and operations.

Nice-to-haves

• Skilled in Microsoft Project Planning and MS Suite tools.
• Understanding of the complexities of procurement vehicles (AX/SHI.com/CRM).
