About the position

The Senior Service Delivery Consultant at Stratascale plays a crucial role in delivering cybersecurity consulting services to clients. This position involves managing complex projects, ensuring they are executed on time and within budget while maintaining high client satisfaction. The consultant will lead cross-functional teams, manage project risks, and communicate effectively with stakeholders, including executive leadership. Additionally, the role requires familiarity with change management strategies to facilitate the adoption of new technologies and processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple high-complexity projects with visibility.
• Plan and execute projects according to Stratascale best practices, ensuring timely and budget-compliant completion.
• Develop and execute a detailed project plan covering all phases of delivery.
• Manage project scope and create change requests as necessary.
• Lead cross-functional project teams, including internal and external resources.
• Communicate project status and risks to stakeholders, including executive leadership.
• Contribute to process improvement activities and mentor team members.
• Assist in pre-sales efforts by evaluating requirements and supporting Statement of Work preparation.
• Analyze project metrics and report findings.
• Coach and mentor other project managers.

Requirements

• 4-year completed Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of direct client-facing project management experience.
• Working knowledge of cybersecurity projects, particularly in Identity Management and Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC).
• Ability to develop and implement project management processes.
• Understanding of contracts and Statements of Work, including company commitments to clients.
• Familiarity with systems like MS Project Plan, CRM, and Professional Services Automation systems.
• Strong people management skills.
• Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, presentation).
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
• Previous experience in IT service delivery and operations.

Nice-to-haves

• Skilled in Microsoft Project Planning and MS Suite tools.
• Understanding of procurement vehicle complexities (AX/SHI.com/CRM).
