About the position

As a Strategic Account Director at HighRadius, you will play a pivotal role in the Expansion Sales team, focusing on transforming the finance landscape for CFOs and finance leaders through innovative technology solutions. Your primary objective will be to ensure customer success while simultaneously expanding HighRadius' relationships, growing the client portfolio, and generating revenue. This position is ideal for individuals who have a strong background in the SaaS industry, particularly in Account Management, and possess expertise in financial processes such as Order-to-Cash (O2C) or Record-to-Report (R2R). You will thrive in a fast-paced growth environment, demonstrating resilience and adept stakeholder management skills. In this role, you will serve as a consultative trusted advisor to a portfolio of existing HighRadius customers, focusing on developing and closing new business opportunities. Building relationships with executive leaders and key client stakeholders will be crucial to driving high levels of satisfaction and product adoption. You will conduct assessments to understand customer pain points and develop roadmaps and business cases for finance transformation using HighRadius solutions. Achieving monthly sales targets and recurring revenue quotas will be a consistent expectation, alongside managing and forecasting sales activity by executing the HighRadius sales process and playbook flawlessly. Collaboration with internal HighRadius teams will be essential in coordinating communication and action plans to drive desired outcomes for customers. You will also attend in-person meetings at client sites and participate in industry events, such as user groups, trade shows, and conferences, to build and manage relationships with both prospective and existing customers.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a consultative trusted advisor to a portfolio of existing HighRadius customers, focusing on developing and closing new business opportunities.
  • Build relationships with executive leaders and key client stakeholders to drive high levels of satisfaction and product adoption.
  • Conduct assessments to understand customer pain points and develop roadmaps and business cases for finance transformation using HighRadius solutions.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and monthly recurring revenue quotas consistently.
  • Manage and forecast sales activity and opportunities by executing the HighRadius sales process and playbook flawlessly.
  • Partner with internal HighRadius teams to coordinate communication and action plans to drive desired outcomes for customers.
  • Attend in-person meetings on client sites and industry events to build and manage relationships with prospective and existing customers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or adjacent field.
  • 5+ years of experience in SaaS Account Management with knowledge of Record-to-Report (R2R) or Order-to-Cash (O2C) finance workflows highly preferred.
  • Ability to communicate value to senior level executives and proven experience in building and sustaining strong strategic relationships.
  • Excellent written & verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage to strategic, consultative selling tactics and techniques.
  • Ability to travel to local and regional client sites & industry events up to 50% of the time.
