About the position

Everlaw is seeking an experienced Strategic Account Executive to drive new business within Fortune 1000 accounts. This role emphasizes value-based selling and requires a deep understanding of SaaS technology to effectively communicate Everlaw's offerings to customers. The position involves prospecting, generating pipeline, conducting sales presentations, and closing deals, all while embodying the company's values of attention to detail, egoless communication, and respect for customers.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and close new business within Fortune 1000 accounts.
  • Prospect and generate pipeline through various outreach methods.
  • Run discovery calls and sales presentations to showcase Everlaw's value.
  • Negotiate contracts and close new business with large enterprise corporations.
  • Develop and manage territory and account plans to achieve sales quotas.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Solutions Architecture and Customer Success.
  • Execute demand generation campaigns in partnership with the marketing team.
  • Maintain an up-to-date understanding of the competitive landscape and Everlaw's differentiators.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of successful field sales experience in an Enterprise or Strategic SaaS sales role.
  • Proven track record of selling SaaS platforms into new accounts, with overachievement of quota ($1M+ ARR).
  • Experience in selling 'land' deals in the mid six figures.
  • Strong understanding of value-based selling and SaaS technology.
  • Ability to create needs analysis content and present it to Senior Leadership.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience selling Legal technologies.
  • Familiarity with MEDDPICC and/or Command of Message.
