About the position

The Strategic Account Executive role is a key position within the National/Enterprise Division focused on the Healthcare vertical. This remote position involves driving new business, upselling, and retaining accounts while ensuring client satisfaction. The role requires collaboration with support teams to develop marketing strategies and solutions tailored to clients' needs, leveraging both traditional and digital media products.

Responsibilities

  • Drive product penetration, upsell, and retain accounts by acquiring new business and increasing current client spend.
  • Create solutions with Customer Service Manager and deliver custom solutions that meet client KPIs.
  • Focus on obtaining long-term commitments and campaigns from clients.
  • Effectively use SalesForce.com to manage the sales pipeline and maintain awareness of revenue responsibilities.
  • Develop and work a pipeline of potential customers for growth within the existing base and from new high-potential prospects.
  • Produce accurate sales forecasts and develop account plans to shape customized strategies.

Requirements

  • 3 to 5+ years of media/sales experience with a successful sales track record.
  • Ability to lead productive sales and strategy meetings with large, national, or multi-location enterprise accounts.
  • Experience selling in the Healthcare vertical to enterprise, national, or multi-location clients.
  • Proven B2B hunter with digital/advertising sales experience.
  • Outstanding communication, influencing, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to build rapport and develop strong business relationships at a VP+ level.
  • CRM experience, preferably with Salesforce.com or similar systems.
  • High level of personal integrity and initiative.

Nice-to-haves

  • Knowledge of digital marketing solutions such as Search Engine Marketing, Search Engine Optimization, Social Media, Reputation Management, Streaming, Programmatic, and OTT.
