Responsibilities

  • Close sales and win new business within a defined territory.
  • Attend training programs and collaborate with sales teams to sell human resources solutions.
  • Cultivate relationships with Human Resources and executive decision-makers.
  • Set appointments and gather leads from internal partners.
  • Assess buyer needs and present appropriate ADP solutions.
  • Manage multiple sales processes through various stages until implementation.
  • Cross-sell with other ADP associates to cultivate additional business within existing accounts.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and ambassador to clients and internal partners.

Requirements

  • Positive self-starter with an upbeat and persistent style.
  • Ability to cold call and manage time effectively.
  • Experience in outside business-to-business sales with a proven track record of closing sales.
  • Ability to build and maintain a network of contacts.
  • Military experience is a plus, showcasing teamwork and negotiation skills.
