About the position

The position is focused on supporting Roche's Tissue Diagnostics franchise by meeting and exceeding sales objectives in targeted accounts across specified territories, particularly in Anatomic Pathology labs. The role involves maintaining and growing existing accounts, developing new partnerships, and delivering value quantification presentations to potential customers. It requires a strong customer-focused approach and the ability to manage multiple account management projects effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Meet and exceed sales objectives in targeted accounts across specified territories.
  • Maintain and grow existing accounts while developing new accounts in the assigned geography.
  • Develop partnerships with all levels of Buying Influences including C-Suite, Lab Directors, and Lab Managers.
  • Conduct value quantification presentations to potential customers.
  • Coordinate the involvement of company personnel to meet account performance objectives.
  • Lead a joint company-strategic account planning process to develop mutual performance objectives and financial targets.
  • Communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to stakeholders.
  • Assess and validate customer needs on an ongoing basis.
  • Achieve assigned sales quota in designated strategic accounts.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution through coordination with company executives and Customer Service Representatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of relevant and proven complex sales experience.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, including impactful presentations.
  • Strong strategic planning and organizational skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Capital sales experience.
  • Pathology/Digital Pathology sales experience.
  • Experience working with multiple call points (lab managers, directors, clinicians, C-suite).
  • Hands-on experience with CRM software and MS Office (particularly MS Excel).
  • Strong negotiation skills with a problem-solving attitude.
