About the position

In this role, you will be responsible for leading and accelerating a portfolio of brands on Amazon and beyond while building direct relationships with end consumers. You will have a keen understanding of the ecommerce marketplace, managing the day-to-day activities while directing the long-term growth and profitability both for Netrush and our partners. You will work across business practices internally and externally to align on goals, strategies all while navigating the fast-changing landscape of ecommerce. Additionally, you will be responsible for relationship management, growth, and project management. As a Strategic Account Executive, fostering trust and developing strong relationships with brands is crucial. You will need to understand their corporate growth goals, brand ethos, and customer base to guide them effectively and efficiently. Your command of the marketplace, internal tools, competitors, and other key levers will be essential to grow and save. You will ensure cross-departmental collaboration to bring the vision to life, leading, influencing, and activating teams internally and externally while managing budgets and resources. Success in this role will be measured by sustained, profitable growth for Netrush and our brand partners, exceeding expectations and KPI targets. Solid, enduring brand partnerships will also be a key indicator of success, measured by retention and partner sentiment surveys or interviews.

Responsibilities

  • Foster trust and develop strong relationships with brands through understanding their corporate growth goals, brand ethos and customer base.
  • Ensure marketplace health and optimize the brand-driven customer experience on Amazon and other digital retail platforms.
  • Be considered a trusted partner by our brand partners based on your ability to integrate deeply into partner planning and management systems.
  • Manage projects, calendars and cross-functional team support. Document actions & insights, especially in project management tools.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to set the partner growth strategy, identifying opportunities to optimize our services footprint and improve our partners' overall experience.
  • Act as a thought leader to Netrush on business and strategic issues relating to eCommerce.
  • Provide feedback to leadership regarding market intelligence, competition, knowledge gaps and other valuable insights gained while working with partners.

Requirements

  • Strong process and interpersonal skills, including leading and prioritizing multiple responsibilities to deliver objectives.
  • Goal oriented individual with ability to lead and influence without authority.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills. Ability to research, gather, listen and communicate and/or present plans concisely to all levels within the organization, both internally and externally.
  • 5+ years in ecommerce, retail or relevant experience.
  • Reliable Internet Connection: a stable and high-speed internet connection is crucial for seamless communication, video conferencing, and accessing company resources.
