About the position

The Strategic Account Executive at Roche is responsible for driving sales and managing relationships within the Tissue Diagnostics franchise. This role focuses on meeting and exceeding sales objectives in targeted Anatomic Pathology labs across South Florida, including Miami and Fort Lauderdale. The position requires developing partnerships with key stakeholders, maintaining existing accounts, and identifying new business opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction and effective communication with internal teams.

Responsibilities

  • Meet and exceed sales objectives in targeted Anatomic Pathology labs.
  • Maintain and grow existing accounts while developing new accounts in the assigned geography.
  • Develop partnerships with C-Suite, Lab Directors, Lab Managers, and other key stakeholders.
  • Conduct value quantification presentations to potential customers.
  • Coordinate the involvement of company personnel to meet account performance objectives.
  • Lead a joint company-strategic account planning process with mutual performance objectives.
  • Communicate progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to stakeholders.
  • Assess and validate customer needs on an ongoing basis.
  • Achieve assigned sales quota in designated strategic accounts.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution through coordination with company executives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of relevant and proven complex sales experience.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong strategic planning and organizational skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple account management projects.

Nice-to-haves

  • Capital sales experience.
  • Pathology/Digital Pathology sales experience.
  • Experience working with multiple call points (lab managers, directors, clinicians, C-suite).
  • Hands-on experience with CRM software and MS Office (particularly MS Excel).
  • Strong negotiation skills with a problem-solving attitude.
