About the position

Responsibilities

• Leverage storytelling to guide customers on a personalized journey with Canva's products.
• Exhibit expertise in Canva's product offerings and gather customer feedback to inform the product roadmap.
• Foster long-term relationships with customers and internal teams to create lasting partnerships.
• Simplify complex situations into digestible materials using Canva's worksuite.

Requirements

• Experience working with medium to large corporations, ideally in a technology company.
• Proven success managing a full sales cycle with a focus on new logo attainment.
• Ability to navigate complex business challenges and craft tailored solutions.
• Strong skills in creating detailed plans for intricate organizations.
• Proven track record of leading successful negotiations.
• Comfortable in fast-paced environments and able to navigate uncertainty.
